The beautiful ring arrived in perfect condition. My apologies for the long wait due to annoying customs clearance in BE. Thanks for the good care. A very satisfied customer.

Thank you for your kind response, I hope you enjoy the ring, stay blessed 🌹🌹

Received today the beautiful Opaal. It's a pity that the import tax in the netherlands is high. Thank you for your good service.

L'anelllo é bellissimo, arrivato con il suo certificato gemmologico e imballato alla perfezione. Tutto come da descrizione. Consiglio questo venditore. Grazie

Ben er blij mee
Zeer goed verpakt
Verbaas me wel over de hoge verzendkosten en dat de invoerkosten hoger was dan de prijs die ik ervoor betaald heb

Thank you for your kind words. Yes unfortunately the shipping and customs is due to brexit, as uk is not in Europe anymore, and sometimes some countries customs take handling fees Which is extra annoying. Hopefully in future this is resolved as uk has new government trying to resolve this issue. Some countries have even higher fees than other, which is annoying for us and our customers, they randomly put charges even though the item is 12-13 euros they add this amount to pay for customs which is not in our control, but hopefully in future this isn’t the case anymore. Some countries have 0 fees such as USA, or even in Europe some countries, so it’s important to check in future the customs import or contact customs from ur country. One way around this is to declare less but then insurance won’t cover the amount if the parcel gets lost, maybe we can add this option in future auctions at the customers risk if item gets lost or something but then their is that risk. May God bless you 🌹🙌🏻
