Hello, my name is Hanna. Painting has always been an important part of my life, but for many years I lacked the courage and space to turn it into my main path. Now I’m fully committed to art, approaching it with professional focus and a sense of purpose. I’ve studied at the Milan Art Institute and trained under internationally recognized artists such as Kristy Gordon and Ciara Gilmore. My work moves between expressive, cubist-inspired compositions and more contemplative portraits and landscapes. The landscapes often balance between geometry and abstraction — sometimes structured, sometimes dissolved in light and atmosphere. For me, light and emotion matter more than strict form; I try to capture that fleeting balance between clarity and mystery. I’ve always admired artists who could stay loyal to one motif or a single visual language — but I’m a restless spirit. Every painting starts from a new impulse: a color, a rhythm, a feeling. I paint intuitively, letting emotion lead the way. Alongside my artistic journey, I continue to work as a theoretical physicist — a background that quietly shapes how I perceive the world: through structure, hidden order, and the beauty of invisible connections. Sometimes I sign my works as ASH, for my more geometric and modern paintings; other times simply as Hanna, when I explore softer, more painterly moods.
