Nice profuct, but it arrived partly damaged. Delivery took a long time, and the only tracking information available were in Japanese.

I am very sorry to hear that part of the calligraphy set arrived damaged.  
I always pack items carefully, but it seems the parcel was handled roughly during international transport.  
If possible, could you please send me a photo of the damaged part?  
I will report this to the platform and the postal service.

Regarding the delivery time and tracking:  
Japan Post tracking is unfortunately displayed mainly in Japanese, and the transit time to Europe has recently been unstable.  
I understand this caused inconvenience, and I sincerely apologize.

Once I receive the photos, I will immediately propose a solution (partial refund or another option depending on the damage).

Really fast delivery but the knives have a lot of damage, I know they are damaged but not that much.
