The model designation "R" is clearly visible on the side panel, along with the original Eumig diamond badge on the body. This is a highly collectible piece from the golden age of home cinema. Brand & Origin: Eumig (Elektrizitäts- und Metallwaren-Industrie Gesellschaft) was founded in Vienna in 1919 and became one of Europe's most respected makers of projectors, cameras, and optical devices. Their projectors from the 1950s are regarded as engineering classics — precise, robust, and beautifully designed.Design: The projector is finished in a distinctive olive green crinkle-texture paint — instantly recognisable and extremely characteristic of mid-century Austrian precision instruments. The body is cast metal, heavily built, with chrome-finished dials, levers, and controls. The Eumig lens (marked on the lens ring) and the film transport mechanism are all present. Original power cable and plug are included. Condition: Good vintage condition for its age. Surface shows natural patina and minor marks consistent with decades of use.
