The Yamaha RX-V10 MkII is a DSP AV amplifier introduced around 1998, succeeding the RX-V10 model. It features 5.1-channel external input terminals, allowing users to enjoy Dolby Digital by connecting to a DVD player with a built-in Dolby Digital Decoder. The Yamaha CDX-9 is a compact disc player released between 1997 and 1999, designed with Yamaha's proprietary ToP-ART (Total Purity Audio Reproduction Technology). It incorporates Yamaha's original I-PDM DAC, which reduces distortion by handling individual waveform pulses independently. The player also features PRO-BIT technology, enhancing the accuracy of digital audio reproduction.
