This is the unique original Watercolour painting by Nadir Quinto, showing Tinkerbell, the Fairy from the story of Peter Pan. She is somewhat tired and making her way to safety in her cosy bedroom. This is one of a series of beautiful illustrations painted by Nadir Quinto for the British comic Playhour between 1958-59. These were subsequently used in a children's book version of J. M. Barrie's famous story of Peter Pan published in 1982. Peter Pan (or, The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up) has been adapted endlessly in many forms including Disney's animated classic and live action movies.
