Description A fine and identical pair of Chinese porcelain bowls, decorated in vibrant famille rose enamels. The exterior shows lively scenes with multiple children at play, surrounded by auspicious symbols including peaches, a deer, and bats — all traditional symbols of longevity, prosperity, and happiness in Chinese culture. The bases are marked with a six-character Xianfeng reign mark (1851–1861). However, the bowls are most likely of 20th-century production, made in homage to the earlier reign. The quality of the enameling and the bright palette make them highly decorative and appealing pieces.
