This white grappa represents the classic unaged expression of the house, distilled from selected pomace following traditional Piedmontese methods.
Six 75cl bottles of Grappa Invecchiata Sigillo Nero can be dated to the 1970s (42%).
Good general conditions as visible in photos, with natural signs of age on labels and seals.
Now kept in our cellar at controlled temperature and humidity.
