A refined ten-colour lithograph created in 1975 by Maria Helena Vieira da Silva. Her work is generally associated with abstraction, characterized by complex compositions that often evoke labyrinthine structures, aerial views of cities, or the ordered rhythms of library shelves. This work was published in Paris by Editions La Hune and bears the artist’s handwritten signature, along with the notation “E.A.” (épreuve d’artiste). In addition to the main edition of 100 impressions, there were 20 artist’s proofs (E.A.). The lithograph is printed on specially selected handmade Japanese paper, notable for its delicate and refined texture. The work is in very good condition, showing only minor signs of age consistent with the passage of time.
