Movement: Automatic, 23 Jewels
Dial: Silver textured dial with a fluted outer ring, exhibiting age-consistent spotting and natural vintage character
Case Size: 41 mm (excluding the crown)
Case Material: Stainless Steel
Production Date: April 1968
Condition: Good vintage condition with honest signs of wear and attractive dial aging

Dial and Hands
The dial is a true focal point, featuring a striking dual-texture design with a horizontally brushed central sector bordered by a deeply fluted outer chapter ring. Applied faceted baton indices add depth and catch the light beautifully, complemented by the applied Citizen logo and crisp printed typography. The dial exhibits age-consistent spotting and scattered minor blemishes across the surface, imparting a strong, authentic vintage character without compromising legibility. The day and date aperture at three o'clock is framed by a sharp metallic window. The dauphine hands show natural aging, oxidation, and lume darkening, harmonizing perfectly with the overall honest aesthetic of the piece.

Case and Crystal
The substantial 41mm stainless steel cushion case commands presence on the wrist, showcasing sweeping, muscular lines characteristic of the era. The polished surfaces display honest signs of wear, including surface scratches, minor nicks, and handling marks consistent with decades of regular use. The lug profile remains well-defined and structurally sound. The crown located at three o'clock shows visible brassing and plating wear. The watch is fitted with a domed acrylic crystal, which shows visible surface scratches and minor edge wear, protecting the dial while maintaining the unrestored vintage appeal of the watch. The screw-down caseback retains its factory engravings clearly, including the Para Water and Seven Star designations.

Movement
Powering this timepiece is a robust Citizen 23-jewel automatic caliber, notable for its distinctive black winding rotor adorned with crisp white typography. The movement architecture is fully visible in the provided reference images, displaying clean plates, brass gears, and an operational balance wheel. Performing well within expected vintage tolerances; running strong and steady. Timegrapher testing indicates a daily deviation of +37 to +40 seconds per day.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring an embossed crocodilian pattern and a standard steel pin buckle. The strap shows visible signs of prior use, including creasing along the adjustment holes and minor edge wear, yet remains pliable and ready for immediate wear.

Condition
Good vintage condition. The watch presents an authentic, lived-in aesthetic with a naturally patinated dial and a case that bears honest marks of its history. It remains a handsome and structurally sound collector piece that proudly displays its age.

Dimensions
Case Size: 41 mm (excluding the crown)
