An Ancient Roman silvered bronze antoninianus of Salonina. The obverse displays the diademed and draped bust of Salonina, wife of Gallienus, facing right, on a crescent, with the legend, SALONINA AVG. The reverse features Venus, draped, standing left, holding helmet in her right hand and resting her left hand on shield. The accompanying legend reads VENV[S VICT] and the mintmark in the exergue reads [M]S. This coin was likely minted in Mediolanum.
