Purity mark on the outside of the bowl: Minerva head in octagonal frame for 950/1000 purity (see second to last photo).
Maker's Mark on the handle: "LIA" monogram with a funeral urn symbol (see last photo).
A flexible wire handle designed to hook onto the spout of a teapot.
It filters tea leaves as you pour. The "swing" style allows it to stay level and catch drips as the teapot is tilted.
Diameter bowl = 5.6 cm
Weight = 24.5 g
In good condition. Light traces of age and use.
