Chopard L.U.C Military – Circa 1945 A rare piece of horological history, this vintage L.U.C (Louis-Ulysse Chopard) military-style wristwatch dates from the mid-1940s. Its striking two-tone "tuxedo" sector dial pairs a deep black outer chapter ring with a champagne centre, complemented by original gold-toned hands and a sub-seconds register at 6 o'clock. Powered by the in-house Cal. 108 manual-wind movement with 15 jewels, the 31mm steel case is marked antimagnetic and shockproof. Running well and presented on a fresh brown leather strap, this is an honest, unrestored example of early Chopard craftsmanship — increasingly sought after by serious collectors.
