I don't have enough knowledge to know what the issue is (connection of lens). I assume this can be fixed but am offering AS-IS. - the microphone foam is missing - the righthand grip, to hold and record, is made of soft plastic that has become sticky. I have fixed this with a leatherette wrapping (which to me is even more comfortable to hold). feel free to ask questions
