Two Viking Bronze Bracelets and 1 Fibula 8th-10th century A.D. A fine lot of three Viking bronze personal ornaments, comprising two bracelets and one penannular fibula. The bracelets include one narrow open hoop with incised linear decoration around the band, and one broader band bracelet with wide opposed terminals and dotted border ornament. The fibula has a rounded hoop with bulbous terminals and an attached pin. The lot is in excavated condition, with age-related surface wear, green and brown patina, encrustation, and minor distortions, yet retaining clear and attractive forms. An appealing and authentic group of Viking Age bronze ornaments, ideal for collectors of Norse antiquities, early medieval jewellery, or archaeological bronze artefacts. Bracelets 7.9 cm and 5.8 cm.
