Beskrivelse fra sælger

“Fisch and Chips”
The painting unfolds as a fragmented tableau where symbolic figures and hybrid organic forms coexist within a pseudo-structure of a real underwater world. Stimuli collide, revealing tensions between nature and human intervention, innocence and destruction, beauty and toxicity. The work oscillates between irony and warning, where the ocean becomes a dumping ground for human excess.

Shipping to remote areas or islands only upon prior agreement. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Due to its size, the painting will be shipped disassembled in a tube. Only the canvas is shipped without any frame. It is possible to add an inner frame to the tube for an extra charge. Assembly is simple.

Acrylic paintings are usually not varnished, as the colors are sufficiently durable under normal handling even without varnish. Varnishing can be done upon request. A certificate of authenticity can also be provided upon request.

About the author:
I was born in 1983. I come from Karlovy Vary, spent years living in Prague, and eventually, through family and studies, I found my way to Moravia. Now I’m settled in the foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains, near Olomouc.

My journey in art has gone through various stages. I started with abstract painting and simple portraits in spontaneous realism. After some time, I realized that I expected much more from my work. Painting is no longer just an aesthetic addition to an interior for me but, above all, a means of personal expression. I constantly try new approaches, blend techniques, and experiment with colors and compositions. I am inspired by various realist styles, graffiti, and children's drawings, which hold the magic of first creative discovery and offer a completely different perspective on reality.

In my realistic paintings, the inner conflict I feel toward today's society takes shape—toward its ingrained stereotypes and values that most people consider normal. Yet, deep down, we often sense that something is not quite right. I strive to break, reshape, and challenge this "normality," provoking questions and new perspectives.

A painting, in my view, doesn’t have to be just a visual object—it can also provoke thought. I mainly reflect on who we, as humans, truly are. What does it mean to be human? And who could we become if we stopped ignoring what doesn’t directly affect us in the moment? We are consumed by external pressures—social media, consumerism, politics, money, beauty standards, and historical dogmas.

What troubles me the most, however, is the traditional hierarchy of power and the destructive stereotypes instilled in us from childhood. They keep society in a state of complacent lethargy—a comfortable disregard for the consequences faced by those we never meet, whether in place or in time.

My goal is not merely to express disagreement. I want to encourage the viewer to engage in introspection—to move beyond the need to belong to a group that ensures their economic and social status. I want them to be able to make decisions as individuals who choose to do what is right, even against the group and their own self-interest.

I create art that is meant to spark a fair amount of controversy—art that resonates with everyone, whether in a positive or a challenging way. I want my work to question the status quo and compel people to think.

In abstract painting, I am fascinated by the random graphic structures that appear around us. I try to incorporate these elements into my works, sometimes as specific motifs, and other times as abstract layers.

My work is not just about painting. I also focus on sculpture and furniture design. I Primarily work with natural or recycled materials, giving old furniture a new life. This process connects my love for art and design with a deep respect for the materials I use.
