Lot of 5 vintage collectible metal tins – Miss Blanche (2x), Samson, Javaanse Jongens, Schimmelpenninck – Netherlands, 1930s-1970General Description (Lot Description)A superb collection of 5 lithographed tin tins, representing some of the most iconic and appreciated tobacco brands in Dutch history. The lot includes rare interwar editions, variants with special labels and pieces with exceptional advertising graphics, highly sought after by tobacco collectors and retro design enthusiasts.Specific Details for Each Piece1. Miss Blanche “Special - de Luxe” (Rare Piece)Manufacturer: The Vittoria Egyptian Cigarette Co., Rotterdam.Period: Cca. 1930–1940 (interwar period).Design: Elegant ivory background, cursive text and multi-colored coat of arms. It has an original gold metallic label stamped "de Luxe" applied to the bottom of the cap. Condition: Good. Natural patina, small paint fading on the coat of arms, but the "de Luxe" seal is perfectly intact. 2. Miss Blanche "Special" (Standard Edition) Manufacturer: The Vittoria Egyptian Cigarette Co., Rotterdam. Period: C. 1930–1940. Design: The classic flat pocket version, without the applied label, offering a complete view of the original pre-war graphic design. Condition: Very Good. Very clean graphics, minimal wear on the edges. 3. Samson Special "Circus Lion" Manufacturer: Theodorus Niemeyer B.V., Groningen. Period: C. 1970s. Design: One of the most famous graphics in tobacco history: the circus lion jumping through a ring of smoke alongside the trainer. Superb Art Nouveau frame with tobacco leaves. It contained 50g of rolling tobacco. Condition: Very Good. Intense cobalt blue and red colors, well-preserved lithograph. 4. Javaanse Jongens “Special” (Tembaco Shag) Producer: Theodorus Niemeyer N.V., Groningen. Period: Circa 1960s–1970s. Design: Classic graphics on a bright yellow background with red edges, depicting two Javanese men in traditional clothes rolling tobacco. Intended for packaging 50g of fine tobacco. Condition: Very Good. Vivid colors, minimal signs of use on the edges. 5. Schimmelpenninck “Con Mil Amores” (Export Edition) Producer: Schimmelpenninck, Wageningen. Period: Circa 1960s. Design: Special edition for the Spanish market, with text in Spanish. Portrait of Count Gerrit Schimmelpenninck surrounded by gold medals and flower garlands. Unique element: Preserves the original fragment of the yellow paper tax stamp.
