Bord - Glas, Rotting, Træ
This table is mainly inspired by the Baroque and Rococo styles, which were popular in 17th and 18th century Europe, especially in France and England.
Rococo style
Lighter and more playful: Rococo is a late, lighter, freer version of Baroque, with even more curves and ornamentation.
Finer decorations: Additional, more elegant carvings, often with floral motifs, plants, and asymmetry.
Key features
Design: Two-tier structure, with a glass top on top and a decorative, circular cane (Viennese braid) shelf below.
Material: Dark-toned solid wood (typically oak or walnut), with richly carved, curved legs.
There is a thick glass plate with a polished edge on the top, there are small scratches, but it is in good condition.
Otherwise, it is basically in very good condition for its age. The rattan part is also stable and easy to use.
Due to the value, size, and weight of the table, it is difficult to ship it by mail. We can arrange shipping to the Netherlands for a low price, but we prefer personal pickup. It can be picked up in person near Zevenhuizen, Gouda.
