Get your hands on this Seiko King Seiko 5625-7000 Hi-Beat automatic vintage watch with silver-white sunburst dial, new crystal, serviced movement, and 3-month functionality guarantee.
Model History:
The King Seiko 5625-7000 is one of the purest expressions of late-1960s Japanese precision watchmaking. Produced during the intense rivalry between Seiko’s Suwa and Daini divisions, the King Seiko line was developed to compete directly with Grand Seiko, emphasizing chronometric performance, refined finishing, and sharply defined case architecture. This reference belongs to the celebrated 56KS family, powered by Seiko’s slim high-beat automatic movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour — an advanced specification for the era. The 5625 variant features a date display without day complication, resulting in a particularly clean and balanced dial layout. The angular case design, polished facets, and minimalist silver dial perfectly reflect Seiko’s “Grammar of Design” philosophy that shaped many of the brand’s most iconic watches of the period.
