History of the Note- these notes were issued in accordance with the 21 of October, 1919 decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR (CPC). The issuance was initially carried out by the People's Bank until it was abolished. Issuance was continued until the beginning of 1921 by the Budget and Settlement department of the People's Commissariat of Finance, in accordance to the 19 of January, 1920 decree of the CPC. These notes' withdrawl from circulation began in mid-1921. Numista Rarity index: 50- 62.
