'Raboliot' (rabbit) is the story of a French poacher. The novel has 37 charming illustrations (8 full-page color) and a frontispiece plate. Originally a paper bound, this copy was beautifully rebound in full pigskin & horsehair boards and housed in 1/4 horsehair and paper slipcase.
THE BOOKBINDER WAS S.J.M. NITRA, his name is stamped on bottom of the front board.
Overall, in very nice condition - with a few minor scrapes or dings to the slipcase & boards, and faint foxing scattered about.
