On the nose, complex aromas of oak, vanilla, and chocolate unfold, accompanied by intense notes of black fruits such as plum and blackberry. Timothy Milos is the genius behind these wines, bringing more than 20 years of experience with these same vines into every bottle. After years of hard work, he achieved a breakthrough in 2013 by producing his first 100-point Parker-rated wine. Shortly afterward, Robert Parker retired. “One success means little — the art lies in consistency,” says owner Daniel Nichols.
