A White Rum for Sipping Creating a white rum for sipping, enjoyable both as an aperitif and a digestif, combining freshness and complexity, lightness and power, was our goal in developing Renaissance. It boasts a distinctive personality and unique character thanks to a long fermentation of 5 to 6 days, the use of oenological yeasts, followed by distillation in our all-copper still equipped with a small column, and finally, a few days of aging in oak barrels. The result of meticulous cellar work, this pure cane juice rum has been patiently crafted with the same care and passion that we bring to each of our creations. Bottled by hand, "Renaissance" is presented in a numbered decanter.
