The Puncheon Casks are larger than the usual ex-bourbon barrels sized at 480 litres and made of high quality American oak. Due to the larger size and hence low contact ratio of puncheons, the maturation is slower and brings about a complexity and richness which highlights the true flavours of the spirit itself.

Tasting Notes

Color: Pale Gold

Nose: Green apple, vanilla, acacia honey

Palate: Mellow and mild with butterscotch Finish: Oaky woodiness and subtle sweetness.
