Koji Kasatani (født 1964) er en japansk kunstner.
Efter at have afsluttet kunstskole i Firenze, Italien, studerede jeg italienske keramiske teknikker.
Efter at være vendt tilbage til Japan begyndte jeg at udfordre mig selv for at skabe værker, der gik ud over keramikkens grænser.
Da jeg fandt bananskræl i køkkenet, min fars yndlings, var jeg overbevist om, at dette var kunst, og siden da har jeg lavet banan-tema værker i ca. 18 år.
