Collection of 4 original Esso motor oil tins – France – 1970s A matching collection of four original Esso and Exxon motor oil tins produced for the French market during the 1970s. The lot includes different period designs, including Esso Plus, Essolube, and Motor Oil variants, making it an attractive display set for collectors of petroliana, automobilia and vintage advertising. All tins feature their original printed lithography with the classic Esso red, white and blue colour scheme. The cans display honest signs of age and use, including light scratches, minor paint wear, surface oxidation and small marks consistent with decades of storage. They have not been restored or repainted. A well-balanced collection that displays beautifully together in a garage, workshop, showroom or vintage advertising collection.
