Si tratta di un tobako-ire (borsa da tabacco) giapponese antico, risalente al periodo Meiji (fine XIX secolo).La borsa è realizzata in bronzo e pelle impressa con un motivo a drago e presenta una chiusura metallica anch'essa decorata.È collegata tramite una catena a un netsuke di tipo kagamibuta, in un materiale non identificato (legno con rivestimento?)… Questi oggetti erano utilizzati per trasportare tabacco e venivano appesi alla cintura del kimono…. Spedizione veloce e ben protetta…
