Crisp white printing throughout ensures excellent legibility, while the applied indices retain their intact luminous material. A distinctive day and month display sits cleanly at 12 o'clock in English. The dial is pristine, showing no visible flaws, spotting, or degradation. The chronograph hands, painted white and red, exhibit no paint loss, perfectly matching the dial's exceptional preservation.
Case and Crystal
The 39mm stainless steel case is well-preserved, showing sharp transitions between the brushed and polished surfaces. It displays minor signs of careful wear, including light surface scratches on the polished lugs and flanks, but bears no deep dents or dings visible. The bezel features a black tachymeter insert in excellent condition, with only minor handling marks on the outer steel rim and no significant deep scratches. The domed crystal remains clear, free from any visible scratches, chips, or crazing. A signed Omega crown with crisp knurling operates alongside clean, well-defined chronograph pushers.
Movement
Inside beats the Omega Caliber 1151 automatic movement. The rotor and components appear well-maintained, with clean plates and bridges showing no visible corrosion or damaged screw heads. The movement is clearly engraved with OMEGA 1151 and 25 JEWELS TWENTY-FIVE SWISS. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. The timegrapher records a rate of -7s-10s.day with strong amplitude.

Supported by the recorded timegrapher result, the movement is performing very strongly.

The case measures 39mm (excluding the crown).

History
The Omega Speedmaster Day-Date, frequently referred to by collectors as the triple calendar, was introduced to offer a highly complicated automatic alternative to the traditional manual-wind Professional line. Powered by the robust Caliber 1151, which builds upon a proven Swiss automatic chronograph architecture, this model integrates day, date, month, and 24-hour indicators into a remarkably balanced layout. Produced during the late 1990s, these models have become increasingly appreciated for their mechanical density and versatile proportions.
