This vintage Tissot Sideral Electronic is an extremely interesting piece of watchmaking history. Technical Features Movement: It has an electromechanical movement (ESA Dynotron 9150). It combines a classic traditional balance wheel with electronic circuits and a battery, before Quartz technology fully prevailed. Case material: The case is made of fiberglass with a metal bezel. Tissot pioneered the use of this lightweight and durable material at the time. Dial: Deep blue with bright white hands and an orange seconds hand for high contrast. Functions: Hour, minute, second display and date window at 3 o'clock. Case design: Monobloc shape (single body), which means that access to the movement is by removing the crystal from the front, offering better protection against dust and moisture.
