OM KUNSTNEREN

Elena Paraskevas værk indgår i institutionelle og virksomheds‑samlinger, herunder Sveriges offentlige kunstafdeling (Västra Götaland-regeringen), Boston Hospital, USA (stor 500 cm installation ved indgangen til Børnekræftafdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), og andre institutionelle og virksomheds-samlinger.

I 2026 udvalgte Magnum-fotografen Alec Soth, bredt anerkendt som en af de mest indflydelsesrige levende fotografer, personligt hendes værk til udstilling i Grækenland, under tilskud af det Græske Kulturministerium.

Hendes værker er blevet udstillet i EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT i Bruxelles, såvel som på store biennaler og gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paolo (Brasilien), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Firenze, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena m.fl.

Hun er blevet kåret til International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) af fire forskellige internationale fotografiske selskaber.

Hun har modtaget international anerkendelse og store priser fra Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards og mange andre.

Hendes fotografier er publiceret i Smithsonian Magazine, The Guardian (UK & Australien), The Times, Vogue.it, Aesthetica, LensCulture, PDN, Photography Masterclass og talrige andre internationale publikationer.

Siden 2021 har hun fungeret som jurymedlem for FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS og som dommer ved flere internationale fotokonkurrencer hvert år. Hun er også tidligere Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.
