Hennessy 250 Collector Blend is a limited-edition, ultra-premium cognac released in 2015 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Maison Hennessy. Crafted by Master Blender Yann Fillioux, it serves as a historic tribute to the brand's heritage. Comprised of premium eaux-de-vie meticulously curated and aged between 15 and 35 years. The selected eaux-de-vie were already aged for at least a decade under optimum conditions before entering the final blend. To mark the milestone, the final blend completed its resting process in 250 specially commissioned, handmade 250-litre Limousin oak barrels. The barrels were stored at ground level near the banks of the Charente river to absorb unique humidity and temperature shifts. Appearance: deep golden hue transitioning into bright amber. Aroma: Enveloping nose featuring ripe plums, dried apricots, exotic spices, and toasted oak. Palate: Silky texture opening with sweet notes of fig, candied fruit, and orange peel, followed by warm cinnamon, nutmeg, saffron, and vanilla. Finish: Exceptionally long, smooth finish accented by toasted caramel, smoky wood, and dark chocolate.
