This lot features the official Monkey D. Luffy OP13-001 Leader Card distributed as a special purchase bonus for the 2026 “Ichiban Kuji ONE PIECE CARD GAME” campaign in Japan.

The card remains sealed in its original promotional package and has never been removed.

Unlike the standard OP13-001 card originally released in the booster set “Carrying on His Will [OP-13],” this promotional edition features special artwork created for the Ichiban Kuji collaboration together with the official Ichiban Kuji logo printed on the card.

The reverse of the original sealed package identifies the item as an official ONE PIECE CARD GAME × Ichiban Kuji promotional product and is clearly marked “NOT FOR SALE.”

Campaign Background

“Ichiban Kuji ONE PIECE CARD GAME” was an official Bandai Spirits lottery campaign launched in Japan in February 2026.

The campaign featured a wide variety of ONE PIECE CARD GAME-themed prizes, including figures, card-inspired goods, accessories and collectibles.

In addition to the regular prize lineup, customers had the opportunity to receive this special Monkey D. Luffy OP13-001 promotional Leader Card as a purchase bonus.

The promotional card was distributed in limited quantities and was not sold as an ordinary retail trading card product.

The Ichiban Kuji Online version also distributed the purchase bonus separately through a random allocation system.

Card Background

The original OP13-001 Monkey D. Luffy Leader Card debuted in the ONE PIECE CARD GAME booster set “Carrying on His Will [OP-13].”

Its Leader ability allows the player, during an opponent’s attack, to rest active DON!! cards and increase the power of the Leader or Straw Hat Crew characters by +2000 for each DON!! rested, under the specified game conditions.

The card therefore functions as an official playable Leader Card while this Ichiban Kuji edition adds an additional layer of collector appeal through its exclusive artwork and promotional distribution.

Collector Appeal

This is not a standard booster-pack version of OP13-001.
