The Bowers & Wilkins 684 is a high-quality floorstanding loudspeaker from B&W’s renowned 600 Series. Designed as a slim, full-range stereo speaker, the 684 combines Bowers & Wilkins’ Nautilus tube-loaded aluminium dome tweeter with woven Kevlar bass/midrange drivers and Flowport bass-reflex technology.

The 684 uses a 2.5-way vented-box design with a dedicated 165 mm bass driver, a 165 mm bass/midrange driver and a 25 mm aluminium dome tweeter. This combination provides a detailed and open presentation while retaining solid, controlled low-frequency reproduction.

With a sensitivity of 90 dB and a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, the 684 can be partnered with a wide range of integrated amplifiers and stereo receivers. Bowers & Wilkins recommends amplification between 25 and 150 watts per channel.
