Exclusive Auction: Premium Japanese Whisky Lot – 1 Bottle of Mars Cosmo + 1 Bottle of Single Malt Komagatake!
Select lot consisting of 1 bottle of Mars Cosmo and 1 bottle of Single Malt Komagatake. Both expressions come from Hombo Shuzo (Mars Distillery), one of Japan’s most respected whisky producers, with distilleries in Shinshu and Komagatake. Bottles in standard 70 cl format, original labels intact, excellent fill level and pristine condition – perfect for Japanese whisky collectors, comparative tastings or building a premium inventory.
Star Lot 1: Mars Cosmo
Japanese blended whisky from the Cosmo range, crafted with carefully selected malts and grains from Mars distilleries. Known for its balance and characteristic Japanese smoothness.
• Profile: Elegant nose with creamy vanilla, floral honey, white fruit (pear, apple), soft oak and gentle spices; on the palate silky and balanced with caramel, vanilla, toasted cereal, light spices (cinnamon) and a medium-long clean, sweet and refined finish. Velvety texture.
• Style: Approachable, balanced and versatile – ideal for neat sipping, on the rocks or Japanese-style highballs.
Star Lot 2: Single Malt Komagatake
Single malt from the Mars Komagatake Distillery, located at high altitude in the Japanese Alps. Known for its pure mountain water, clean character and elegant complexity.
• Profile: Fresh and aromatic nose with citrus (lemon, yuzu), green apple, floral notes, soft malt and a subtle mineral touch; on the palate elegant and structured with white fruit, vanilla, light oak, gentle spices and a long, clean, refined finish with excellent balance.
• Style: Pure, elegant and contemplative – perfect for neat sipping or as a premium Japanese single malt experience.
This lot of 2 bottles offers an excellent combination of Japanese styles: the smooth and versatile Cosmo blend alongside the pure and elegant Komagatake single malt. Both represent the quality and craftsmanship of Hombo Shuzo, with strong collector appeal.
Bid on this legendary lot – pure Japanese liquid treasures!
