Favre-Leuba - Harpoon Automatic - Ingen mindstepris - Mænd - 1960-1969
A beautifully preserved vintage Favre-Leuba Harpoon, presented in unused condition and retaining the protective strip on its engraved caseback. With its distinctive silver-toned dial, compact proportions and characteristic 1960s design, this is a particularly attractive example of one of Favre-Leuba’s most recognizable vintage models.
The dial features an elegant two-tone silver finish with a finely textured central section, applied faceted hour markers and the distinctive “Harpoon” signature above 6 o’clock. A framed date aperture at 3 o’clock adds both visual balance and everyday practicality, while the slim central seconds hand and angular baton-style hands complete the period appearance.
The polished stainless-steel case retains strong proportions and measures approximately 35.1 mm excluding the crown. Particularly noteworthy is the signed Favre-Leuba crown and the highly detailed engraved caseback, bearing the Favre-Leuba Genève emblem together with the period inscriptions “Antimagnetic”, “Waterproof”, “Swiss Made” and “Shockprotected”. The original protective red strip remains attached to the caseback.
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap, giving the silver dial and polished case a clean and timeless presentation.

Condition
New / unused vintage condition.
The watch has not been worn and still retains the protective strip on the caseback. It has been preserved remarkably well for its age, with only minor signs attributable to long-term storage and light age-related patina visible on some details of the dial and hands.
The watch is in working order.
The historical “Waterproof” designation is engraved on the caseback; however, no modern pressure test has been carried out and current water resistance is not guaranteed.
