MiLo – “XIO” A work by Amsterdam-based artist MiLo (1976). XIO distills mark-making into a language of reduction and ambiguity. Large black spray-painted symbols — a line, a circle, a cross, and a vertical stroke — float over a layered, pale surface etched with faint geometrical traces.
