Zeiss Ikon Contaflex s-matic with Carl Zeiss Tessar 2.8/50mm, serial no. K 56519, produced in West Germany in the 1950s–1960s, tested and functional.

Offering Zeiss Ikon Contaflex s-matic with signs of use.
The 1959 introduced model Contaflex s-matic (with Tessar lens) features a quick-release lever and a flash shoe integrated directly into the housing.
In addition, the s-matic was equipped with a coupled selenium exposure meter.
Battery compartment is clean. It was tested without the battery. All functions not dependent on the battery work very well, including all timing functions!
Made in West Germany.
Interchangeable lenses
Close-up lenses are available for the normal lens, allowing a minimum distance to the subject of 16 cm.
In addition to the standard lens, there are set lenses with focal lengths of 35 mm for the wide-angle range and 85 and 115 mm for the telephoto range. They mount via a Contaflex-specific bayonet.
The well-preserved original protective case is included. See pictures for the condition of the kit, etc.
