The game is complete and includes the following game materials:

Instructions in English
Eight chef cards.
15 recipe cards
Six ingredient cards per recipe (so 90 in total).
A Soup-Kaspar card
Two metal plates
A metal box full of play money

The game was produced between 1880 and 1890 by the company Sala in the German Empire - the title is also given in Danish on the top of the box, but all cards and instructions are purely in English.
