Reliquary - Bronze, Gilded cartouche, Glass - 20th century - By virtue of the title D.N.J.C.

Ancient relic with a bronze case, embellished with a gilded cartouche bearing the details of the relic and decorated with silver filaments, characteristic of the sacred art of the period.
On the back, there is the episcopal seal.

Inside this relic is kept a fragment Ex Titulus D.N.J.C., that is, originating from the Titulus Crucis, the inscription placed on the cross during the crucifixion of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This sacred relic is connected to the culminating moment of the Passion, when, in three languages, the kingship of the crucified Christ was proclaimed, fulfilling the redemptive mission.
