Bronze statue of the child god Harpocrates from ancient Egypt, Late Dynasty XXVI–XXXI (c. 664–332 BC), in good condition with a green patina, height 6.7 cm (11.7 cm with the marble base), mounted on the original marble socle, provenance Germany from Galerie/Antiquaire; acquired in 2025.

Bronze statue of Hippocrates
Sitting figure of the child god Harpocrates.
Harpocrates or Horus the Child in Egyptian, son of Isis and Osiris, is depicted as a naked child with the childhood lock on the side.
The legs are slightly bent, with the left arm along the body.
Placed on an elegant and antique marble base.
Egypt, Lower Epoque, 26th to 30th Dynasties, 664–332 BC.
Height 6.7 cm (11.7 cm with the base) - Beautiful green patina
Excellent state of preservation - visible gaps, restoration.
Provenance: Germany, H.D.B. Study.
