Shelf - Mahogany - Semicircular shelf

Antique or vintage style mahogany half-moon shelf. This type of furniture was often used as a telephone stand, flower stand, or simple decorative item in the mid-20th century.

Type: A three-tiered standing corner shelf in a semi-circular (demi-lune) shape, sometimes referred to as a "whatnot".
Material: Probably mahogany with turned columns.

Extremely decorative piece, for staircases, hallways, etc.
It can be beautifully designed because of the three floors. It was purchased in a French antique shop.
It doesn't take up much space, but it's still very usable.

Its stable and plump design shows that it is not your usual vintage piece,
but much older, yet it is in good condition, with signs of use.
