New silver pendant featuring rare blue sodalite from Greece, sized 4.2 cm by 2.0 cm, weighing 12.40 g, with a textured setting and accompanied by a brown cord.
Description from the seller
The artist used an eye-catching sodalite stone for the making of this one-of-a-kind necklace. Also, the setting is beautifully textured to showcase the multi coloured stone. It combines blue, black, brown, white and grey tones which give this piece of jewellery a unique identity. This pendant is accompanied by a brown cord.
Sodalite is a tectosilicate mineral, getting its name from the high sodium content inside the crystal. It brings order and calmness to the mind.
About the artist
Kostis Bacharidis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece where he currently lives and works as a jewellery designer since 2012. He graduated in 2006 from the Department of History, Archaeology and Social Anthropology of the University of Thessaly but his true love for arts and creativity led him to silversmithing. All his jewellery is totally handmade and cannot easily be found in the world of mass-produced merchandise.
