Seth, identifiable by his distinctive animal head, stands on the left holding the was-scepter, symbol of divine power and authority. On the right, Aapehty, believed to have served as deputy to the chief workman Paneb, raises his hands in adoration toward the god.
The surface displays subtle age-style wear, earthy tones, and delicate hand-painted details that recreate the authentic look of an ancient limestone stela.
