An exceptionally long and finely worked jasper lanceolate handaxe from the late Acheulean, with a light desert patina and a small tip fracture, otherwise intact; measures 169 × 75 mm, in excellent condition, provenance België / Privécollectie, dating to about 150,000–600,000 BP, supplied with an authenticity certificate.
