Description
This is the TOMIX model of the JR EF510 Electric Locomotive (No.1 Unit).
The EF510 is a dual-voltage locomotive developed by JR East and is well-known for hauling the “Hokutosei” and “Cassiopeia” overnight limited express trains.
Unit No.1 features a striking metallic blue body with gold decorations, symbolizing the prestige of Japan’s premier sleeper trains.
The TOMIX model precisely reproduces the gold star emblem and fine detailing, offering both excellent traction and smooth running performance.
It can be paired with sleeper train coaches for realistic operation.
Headlights are functional.
