Candelabra floor lamp - Polychrome wood

Scenic wooden sculpture depicting a Venetian Moor, used as a torch lamp.
Hand-carved work, finely painted and gilded with leaf, with lively polychromy in shades of red, green and gold.
The figure holds a richly decorated, gilded wrought iron candelabra with several lights.

Probably Italian production (Venetian area), first half of the 20th century.
Excellent overall condition with normal signs of aging; electrical system in working order, likely replaced at a later date.

Total height: 207 cm (including candlestick, without bulbs).

Depth: 27 cm.
