Description from the seller
FASE lamp, model 520 C, in black.
Metal screen with a black-painted ball joint for orientation, allowing the light to be varied in different positions, shortening and lengthening the lamp's size. Chrome steel arm with curved lines attached to a weighted base of the same color. It operates with two E-27 bulbs protected by a light diffuser glass. Functioning correctly.
It is an exceptional piece due to its excellent state of preservation, with all original components: paint, wiring, and chrome... It even retains its original label and sticker. The original diffuser glass is in perfect condition: free of 'hairs', scratches, and retains transparency. After more than 50 years, it is very rare to see a Fase lamp in such condition. This piece is over 50 years old and, therefore, shows signs of aging that can be seen in the photos (especially some small paint marks). This model does not have the switch on the head, but on the cable. Please review the photographs, as they are part of the product description.
The Fase 520c is an icon of Spanish industrial design from the 60s and 70s, not only for its undeniable aesthetic beauty but also because it has been used countless times by art directors in the film world as props in numerous Spanish and international films: it is the lamp in the office of mayors Ruth Jahns and Bernard Holland in the series 'Silo', and has appeared in Dr. House, Ragnarok, Money Heist, Midsomer Murders, etc.
