The Panzer II was designed in the early 1930s as a replacement for the light tank Panzer I (produced in about 2,000 units) to meet the Wehrmacht's need for a new light tank. Powered by a 140-horsepower Maybach engine mounted at the rear, it could reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h and had a range of 200 km. Its armament consisted of a 20 mm cannon and a co-axial MG34 machine gun of 7.92 mm caliber installed in the turret. The light armor never allowed for extensive combat use during World War II, as it was quickly outclassed by the much better armed and armored Pz.Kpfw. III and IV. However, its high maneuverability made it ideal for advanced reconnaissance roles. Throughout the conflict, it was used by German armored divisions as a reconnaissance and infantry support vehicle. It formed the backbone of German armored divisions during the campaigns in Poland and France, and was also used during the invasion of the USSR in 1941, although it demonstrated outdated parameters. Nearly completely withdrawn from the front lines between 1942 and 1943, it was relegated to training, maintaining public order, and anti-partisan warfare; the versatile hull was repurposed for various self-propelled guns and tank destroyer projects.
La Horch 1A was a German heavy off-road vehicle used during World War II.
The first prototypes of this vehicle were built in the mid-1930s, and mass production began.
In 1938 and lasted until 1941. The length of the vehicle was 4.85 meters, with a height of 2.04 meters and a

However, the engine used was a Ford engine produced in Germany with a power of 78 HP.
The Horch 1A was developed to meet the needs of the German armed forces, which, along with its rapid growth after 1933, aimed to create a universal, lightweight passenger off-road vehicle.
Possibly reliable. The Horch plant met these requirements by developing the vehicle presented below. The vehicle uses solutions such as, for example, all-wheel drive, independent suspension of each wheel, or the ability to turn all wheels. It is worth noting that even in the
During the course of the Second World War, car design was simplified, which was evident, for example, in the abandonment of recesses in the fuselage for spare wheels. The Horch 1A served in the German armed forces on virtually all fronts until 1945.
The Rheinmetall Pak 35/36 anti-tank gun was the first of the modern artillery designed for anti-tank warfare and was successfully used operationally in the first 10 years of service. Conceived in 1925 for the German army, it initially had wooden spoked wheels, which were later replaced with solid steel ones as motorized vehicles became more widespread.
The new cannon was called Pak 35/36, it had a 45-caliber barrel, and a well-inclined shield.
A very limited weight (440 kg in travel configuration, 328 in combat) and a firing sector of 59 degrees, -8/+25 degrees of elevation. The projectile with an initial velocity of 750 m/s perforated 38mm at 30 degrees at 360 meters, and weighed 350 grams. There were also 650-gram HE-type ammunition.
