Lou Pepe 2020
1 bottle

Our Lou Pepe beers are all exceptional products. We use only the finest lambic to craft these beers. The Lou Pepe Gueuze is a blend of only two years of aged lambic. A beer with evolving flavors. Best before 2043.

Ashanti 2023
1 bottle

We're delighted to introduce Ashanti Lambic, the newest addition to the Cantillon range.

This is the little sister of Zwanze 2022, Lambic with Gorilla Pepper.

The same recipe, the same pepper, but a slightly stronger focus on the lambic flavor compared to the first blend.

The spicy, fruity, and naturally peppery flavor is still very much present and harmonizes perfectly with the natural strength of Cantillon Lambic.

50°N-4°E 2019
1 bottle

A blend of Lambic beers brewed on November 30 and December 6, 2016, aged in Cognac barrels and bottled in 2020.

This unique Gueuze is a collaboration between the Cantillon Brewery and Cognac Grosperrin.

Le Plaisir 2024
1 bottle

A collaboration with Cascina degli Ulivi. A blend of Lambic and the marc of nine indigenous grape varieties from Piedmont, Italy.

The grapes underwent nine months of pellicular maceration before blending.
