We're delighted to introduce Ashanti Lambic, the newest addition to the Cantillon range.

This is the little sister of Zwanze 2022, Lambic with Gorilla Pepper.

The same recipe, the same pepper, but a slightly stronger focus on the lambic flavor compared to the first blend.

The spicy, fruity, and naturally peppery flavor is still very much present and harmonizes perfectly with the natural strength of Cantillon Lambic.

This unique Gueuze is a collaboration between the Cantillon Brewery and Cognac Grosperrin.

A collaboration with Cascina degli Ulivi. A blend of Lambic and the marc of nine indigenous grape varieties from Piedmont, Italy.

The grapes underwent nine months of pellicular maceration before blending.
