Works very well and is very accurate. In the late 1930s, Atmos watches were produced in the same factory in the Jura Mountains, Switzerland, by highly skilled watchmakers. The Atmos watch is powered by a perpetual movement – ​​it does not need to be wound manually. It obtains the energy it needs to operate from changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure in the environment and can operate for decades without human intervention. For a two-day operation, a temperature variation of just one degree between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius or a pressure variation of 3 mmHg is sufficient.
